The company was founded to address a significant gap in the market: the lack of high quality, custom packaging available for short to medium production runs. Templecoombe Ltd pioneered accessibility in the industry by offering polythene print runs as low as 1,000 units, previously unheard of and unavailable. As the market evolved, we expanded this flexible approach to include paper and cotton materials.
Today, Templecoombe Ltd continues to grow alongside its diverse and successful client base. We proudly serve businesses of all scales, managing production volumes ranging from as few as 250 units to larger scale print runs of up to 500,000.

How Do We Achieve This?
- An accomplished team who can guide you through the products and printing possibilities. Their years of experience mean they can efficiently decipher your needs. You will have a designated contact from the outset who will know your products and how you like to work. Our buddy system also ensures you always have cover that is familiar with your account. You will receive efficient and friendly service from enquiry through to delivery, with your order being monitored until the point of delivery; to specification and on time.
- Accredited factories based in the UK and Europe. Templecoombe Ltd partners with manufacturing sites specifically chosen for their product speciality and quality as well as their codes of conduct and ethics. We have worked with these factories for between fifteen and thirty years. Rather than relying on certificates we have traceability and reassurance by personally visiting and knowing the owners, managers and teams. Working closely with twelve main factories enables you to choose from a much wider range of products and you can be sure that we are wholly independent in our scrutiny of the work practices, sustainability and quality. It also ensures security of supply when unforeseen events happen; such as covid or floods, we have cover and options.
- Owners that work in the business means we are able to rapidly identifying the challenges of specific jobs in addition to changes in a complex market and environment and that crucially we are able to adapt quickly and take decisive action to help our customers.
- Prioritising Sustainability and always endeavouring to use the most sustainable methods and environmentally friendly materials possible. Emphasis is on recyclability and reuse and our highly trained team can help you navigate and find the best options for your business. We firmly believe actions are more important than certificates and have demonstrated our commitment by tangible actions including supplying our cotton bags in recycled cotton; gaining and keeping our FSC certification for our paper products with full traceability through the chain of custody and by switching our polythene products to include between 30-80% recycled material. We are constantly monitoring our operations and products.
From our sales office in Olney, Buckinghamshire, we deal with accredited factories throughout the world. Quality control is paramount and each order is closely monitored to ensure it reaches you within specification and on time.

At the heart of the business is husband and wife team Christian and Alex Thomsen, who maintain an active daily role in operations. They are supported by a dedicated and highly experienced team, all of whom share a commitment to providing personal attention and meticulous care to every order.
