This is a paper with a 100% plastic-free heat-sealable coating. It provides a grease, water and moisture barrier making it an ideal replacement for the PET plastic pouches. It can be recycled as part of the paper stream and is suitable for repulping. It is sustainable, being manufactured from a renewable material source As well as the pouches it can also be used for printing sheets for food use.
Many customers ask if they can have a grip seal but unfortunately this is not biodegradable and also makes this item not ‘plastic free’.
